Some of this information is contradictory: The Prodigy and Kings of Leon don't really fit into the heavy metal genre; 6 years wouldn't really be considered that recent; the O2 Academy and Rock City are considered relatively large venues (the next step up is arenas) so an up-and-coming band are unlikely to yet have played those venues. They are details you might like to change to perfect your band idea but otherwise you have thought it through enough :)

I put the genre as Metal/Rock and kings of leon and the prodigy fir into the Rock part.
